Barbara was amazing! She was super responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was a dream, with beautiful decor and a huge, comfy bed that made it hard to get up in the mornings. Plus, the location was perfect - quiet at night and close to excellent taxi services.
Honestly, there were no major downsides to our stay. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the room could have used a little more natural light, but that's a minor thing.

The room was nicely decorated and big enough for my partner and me to have a comfortable stay. the bed was cozy and we slept really well. the location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was located in a peaceful and quiet area. the taxi service was really convenient and reliable, which was great for when we wanted to go out for dinner.
the communication with the staff was poor and we had several requests that went unanswered.
